Local Brixton crew 7Suns headline, drawing on African, Latin and Caribbean rhythms for a heavyweight slice of guitar and brass led jazz funk grooves. Tribo is an authentic live Brazilian experience from Salvador (Bahia), in the northeast of Brazil. The band mixes up a sure-fire cocktail of samba-reggae with influences from Timbalada, Olodum, Muzenza and Magarete Menezes. More Like Trees bring their new genre, dubbed “Strum & Bass”, to the Hootananny stage. The three piece band combine elements of flamenco, drum & bass, classical, hip hop, indie, dance and folk to create a fresh new sound. DJ Subculture Sounds fires up the decks with tunes, from Latin, to Balkan, to Western African and Jamaican, as well as hip-hop and house. Movimientos: Join the Movement.
