Bold Italian taskmasters Rumba do Bodas will be bringing an exploision of styles from Balkan Swing to Reggae and Soul... in support X Planet play their killer combination of Cuban hip hop from Alain Garcia and and Lily-Allen style London vocals from Holly Holden. Movimientos original DJ maestros Jader & Arias on the decks and upstairs the Udigrudi DJ crew will be blasting the dancefloor with their retro and urban Brazilian party mixes. Sweeeeeeet.

Live Acts: X Planet / Rumba de Bodas

DJs: Movimientos Collective / Udigrudi Crew

Rumba de Bodas are a Bologna-based wild band that represent "a musical encounter between different identities and cultures, so that the energies of diverse styles unite in a common artistic and musical journey. It is this very mix of genres, from Latin to Swing, Balcanica to Reggae, Soul to Folk, which gives life to a spectacularly interesting explosion". Their new album, 'Just Married', is out now.

X Planet is the organic Anglo-Cuban collaboration of London-born singer-songwriter Holly Holden and Santiago rapper Alain Garcia (Alayo Style). Holden’s soulful folk narratives fuse seamlessly with Alayo’s direct and rhythmic urban poetry. X planet aims to challenge the idea of world music as something labelled 'exotic' by Western record companies. Their sound is vibrant and bilingual, incorporating a huge variety of genres - hip hop, folk, blues, quisomba, funk, reggaeton and even bolero.
