Movimientos presents: Manos Pa'Arriba + Baqué de Axé + Dandaluz

Manos Pa'Arriba bring us BALKUMBIA… a heady cocktail of Cumbia and Balkan sounds!

As well as playing some of the tightest traditional cumbias you can hear this side of Bogota, Manos Pa'Arriba also use their vast knowledge of Balkan music for a delightfully danceable BalKumbia sound.

Coming from a movement of maracatu in the UK that stretches back till the early 90’s, Baque de Axé is the latest incarnation of Pernambuco’s maracatu spirit in London.

Plus Dandaluz, a Spanish/Chilean and London based band Dandaluz bring together rumba rhythms, pachanga, flamenco, salsa and bossa nova for harmonic and upbeat tunes!
