WARA released their debut EP “Somewhereland" last year and it proved to be a high octane introduction to this exceptional band. Their new EP includes the incendiary track "Flesh and Bone" launches Movimientos Records and signals a whole new level of talent. As immigration laws tighten, "Flesh and Bone" is a sign of the times anthem, musically merging Cuban Funk, Hip Hop and Soul with a euphoric drum and bass style finale. The stripped down acoustic soul of 'Ojos Que No Ven' flows effortlessly from London to Cuba in three and a half beautifully crafted minutes. Listen to both tracks on the Soundcloud link below.

Released on 26th September 2011

WARA are one of the most exciting and progressive acts to explode out of this London scene. Layered with contagious, in-your-face vocals from Congolese-Argentinean lead Juanita Euka (niece of legendary Congolese musician Franco), the brilliant Eliane Correa behind the keyboards and MC Murmur on the rhymes, their musical energy is palpable. WARA members include of some of London's freshest new live acts like Ruby and The Vines and Fur. Word about WARA is spreading like wildfire - the people that KNOW are talking - see it to believe it.
