Movimientos @ The Notting Hill Arts Club
To mark a date noted as “the day of freedom for slaves” and as a celebration of Afro-Venezuelan culture Movimientos presents an exclusive performance from the legendary Venezuelan percussionist Williams Cumberbache, making his return to the Notting Hill Arts Club including a special showcase of some classic Afro Venezuelan music. The night also includes performances from London’s hottest Latin MC crew Sondio Callejero and Brazilian spice from brilliant UK singer Heather McClell.
Heather McClell’s set will feature the exceptionally talented Gustavo Ruiz - a leading figure on the Sao Paulo Music scene who is over from Brazil for his European tour. Gustavo featured on Heathers album playing the traditional Brazilian 7 string guitar. This is a unique opportunity to see him perform- being that it is the last London date on his tour.
